Complex Care Services

Health Now collaborates with mental health services ensuring the timely discharge of individuals to the community. We work in partnership with Local Authorities and ICBs to provide tailored support within hospital or home settings.

We have access to experts across the healthcare sector offering individualised bespoke packages of care, with the aim to reduce risk and increase the quality of life of the individuals who we support.

At Health Now, we prioritise the safety and well-being of our service users above all else. Our recruitment process follows Safer Recruitment guidelines, with thorough vetting and compliance checks aligned to NHS Employment Standards and CQC regulations. Our team includes highly skilled NMC-registered nurses and dedicated support workers specialising in mental health and neurodevelopmental disorders, physical health; all of whom complete the Care Certificate.

The team is led by our Head of Clinical Services and Registered Manager, our staff benefit from tailored training and supervision, equipping them to deliver personalised, high-quality care using Positive Behaviour Support, Trauma-Informed, risk management and recovery orientated approaches. We are dedicated to meeting NHS framework standards and providing exceptional care for complex and vulnerable individuals.
