Complex Care Service
Health Now provides individualised care packages for young people (over the age of 13) and adults aged 18-65 and over 65 requiring community support for mental or cognitive health challenges. We accept individuals with comorbidities, subject to our acceptance criteria.
We are specialists in Mental Health care, and our expertise extends across a comprehensive range of services to support diverse needs including domiciliary care, complex care, physical health, specialist learning disabilities (LD) & autism spectrum conditions, and supported living arrangements. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures that individuals receive tailored support that addresses their unique requirements across all aspects of their health and wellbeing.
